He obtained his PhD in Organizational Change and Leadership from the Walden University, Minneapolis, Minnesota in the US. He has numerous years of teaching experience in international business, organizational structure and change, strategic management and qualitative methodology. He published his work in numerous Peer-reviewed Journals. He has also worked as a management consultant and quality control manager.
