University of Applied Sciences in Security and Safety proudly continues the tradition of connecting academic knowledge and professional practice through guest lectures by successful industry professionals.
This time, our guest was Tomislav Lacković, a project and sales specialist at the renowned company ECCOS inženjering, who held two extremely interesting lectures:
🔹 In the Physical Hazards course, he presented the topic “Energy Efficiency on the Example of a Retail Chain”
🔹 In the Environmental Protection course, he spoke about “Truck Traffic Management with an Emphasis on Environmental Protection”
These lectures were not only an opportunity for students to hear examples of real projects, challenges and solutions from practice, but also a platform for open dialogue and exchange of ideas between the profession and the academic community.
Such cooperation shows the importance of creating bridges between education and the labor market, and the Polytechnic of Safety Studies proudly emphasizes that it is precisely such meetings that contribute to a higher quality education of future experts.
