On Friday, October 25, at the Biker Beer Factory, we organized an informal gathering that brought together students, professors and staff of the Polytechnic of Security Studies (VSS) and SSBM Geneva. This evening in a relaxed environment provided all participants with the opportunity to get to know each other, share experiences and connect on a more personal level, thereby further strengthening the sense of community within our institutions.
Along with delicious food, drinks and friendly conversation, faculty members and staff also actively participated, contributing to an inclusive and supportive environment. Students had the opportunity to get to know their mentors and colleagues better, while professors and employees gained valuable insight into student perspectives, ideas and challenges through an informal conversation.
We are proud of this opportunity to connect all generations and roles within our community – from current and former students to staff and faculty. Such meetings strengthen our community, encourage open communication and create new opportunities for future cooperation.
The VSS and SSBM Geneva community looks forward to future events that will further deepen our ties and inspire further personal and professional development. These get-togethers are an essential part of our programs because we believe that personal connection is best achieved through honest conversations and shared moments.
