He received his PhD at the Faculty of Economics in Rijeka. He is currently employed as the head of the Tax Administration in Rijeka. Previously, employed mainly in management positions in the Ministry of Finance and in the private sector. He also teaches at the Polytechnics in Rijeka and Gospić as a senior lecturer. In the last five years, he has been a mentor on about 150 final and specialist papers and has published 18 scientific and professional papers in journals and conferences. He trained at numerous schools, educations and workshops in Croatia and abroad.
