We announce that the University of Applied Sciences in Security and Safety (part of SSBM Geneva) has become a member of the European Network Education and Training in Occupational Safety and Health (ENETOSH).
The fundamental goal of ENETOSH is the integration of safety and health well-being into the educational system to promote quality education and a culture of prevention at the individual, organizational, and societal levels. ENETOSH promotes interdisciplinary and transnational cooperation in the fields of occupational safety and health, education and training, and public health.
ENETOSH includes member institutions from 43 countries worldwide (4 continents), such as the US National Safety Council and The National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health from the United States, the Korean Occupational Safety & Health Agency, the British Health and Safety Executive, the Swiss National Accident Insurance Fund, the German Federal Institute for Occupational Safety and Health, the Finnish Institute of Occupational Health, the Dutch Foundation LDOH Learning and Developing of Occupational Health, and others.
As an institution with decades of tradition in educating experts in the field of occupational safety and health, the College of Safety Studies aims to make a significant contribution to the work of ENETOSH through its teachers and best practices.
